Within its Industrial Engineering and Maintenance department, an innovative initiative -- Ermasmart line has been introduced, integrating cutting-edge automation technologies into academic curricula.

 

 

The Ermasmart line is structured around key stages: analysis, design, maintenance, and production management. Station #3 exemplifies the application of Dobot CR5 collaborative robot, showcasing tasks such as cap clipping, QR code-based customization, and precise overcap application to meet specific product requirements.

 

The CR5 Robot Capping System provides a user-friendly programming interface, facilitating seamless adaptation to various product customization requirements. Its capability for online vision-based quality control ensures consistent and high-quality production outputs, meeting industry standards.

 

 

The integration of advanced robotics technology includes intelligent sensors, IO-Link systems, cobotics, vision systems, RFID traceability, and other cutting-edge solutions. These technologies not only enrich students' learning experiences but also prepare them for technical and managerial roles within the industry.

 

 

Through its curriculum that incorporates the Ermasmart line, IUT Louis Pasteur provides students with hands-on experience in robotics technology, trajectory tracking programming, and online vision-based quality control.
