Q: What to do if the color sensor doesn't work or it can only identify one color?

Check the versions of the firmware and DobotStudio to see whether they support the color sensor or not.

The distance between color sensor and wood blocks shouldn’t be too long or too short, it should be between 5 cm and 10 mm.

Check to confirm the color sensor interface port in software setting matches the actual interface port.

If problem persists, run debug program and check the log data for abnormalities to determine if sensor needs to be replaced.
