The loading and unloading task is performed by a CR16 robot. First, the robot takes the lead frame from the film sorting machine and places it in the plastic sealing press. Then it takes the material frame from the resin machine and places it in the plastic sealing press. After 2 minutes, the plastic sealing process is completed, and the robot takes the material frame and places it on the finished rack.

The CR robot is equipped with a quick-change flange at its end to hold different frames quickly and steadily, improving task efficiency.
