Coaxial palletizing means that the palletizing tool (nozzle) is mounted directly on the end of the robot arm, coaxially with the J4 joint. Off-axis palletizing means that the palletizing tool (nozzle) is mounted on the end of the robot arm through the eccentric flange and has a different axis from the J4 joint.
In the MG400 training system, palletizing application can be realized by setting palletizing parameters and calling palletizing API. The process of visual positioning for palletizing is that the camera photographs the item and obtains the coordinates, which are provided to the robot for picking and storing.
