Course Introduction

MG400 training system is an educational solution designed for vocational education and higher education to help students understand the functions of standard automation systems and improve the effectiveness of training. This series of videos will provide detailed instruction on the installation, coaxial and off-axis palletizing, visual palletizing, dynamic palletizing, mobile phone chip sorting, and standard conveyors. Through this course, you will be able to install and use the MG400 training system.

Chapter 1: Product Unboxing

This video introduces the installation of MG400 training system and the use of tricolor light and trajectory simulation DEMO, which are useful for users to understand and use MG400 practical training system.

Chapter 2: Co - and Off - axial Palletizing

This video introduces the coaxial and off-axis palletizing applications, which is useful for users to understand and use MG400 practical training system. It contains both coaxial and off-axis palletizing applications. Coaxial palletizing means that the palletizing tool (nozzle) is mounted directly on the end of the robot arm, coaxially with the J4 joint. Off-axis palletizing means that the palletizing tool (nozzle) is mounted on the end of the robot arm through the eccentric flange and has a different axis from the J4 joint.

Chapter 3: Vision Palletizing

In the MG400 training system, palletizing application can be realized by setting palletizing parameters and calling palletizing API. The process of visual positioning for palletizing is that the camera photographs the item and obtains the coordinates, which are provided to the robot for picking and storing.
